Migraine Headaches
Migraine headaches are severe, recurrent headaches generally accompanied by other symptoms like visual disturbances or nausea. They tend to begin on one side of your head, although the pain may spread to both sides. Mild to moderate headaches are associated with transient ischemic attacks (TIA’s), sometimes called mini-strokes which result from a temporary lack of blood supply to the brain. The head pain occurs near the clot or lesion that blocks blood flow.

Migraine headaches are the second most common type of primary headache. An estimated 28 million people in the United States (about 12% of the population) will experience migraine headaches. These headaches are generally brief. They can be throbbing, steady, or sharp. People who get headaches are thought to have an inherited abnormality in the regulation of blood vessels. Triggers can be divided into different groups, including emotional triggers, stress, environmental, chemical, food and beverage.
Pregnancy headaches
Pregnancy headaches are sometimes relieved with either hot or cold compress around your forehead and on the back of your neck. Have someone massage your shoulders and neck during acute pregnancy headaches. All headaches are not the same and gobbling down pain pills will not address the causes, whatever they may be. Some headaches are caused by tension; others stem from sinus congestion, caffeine withdrawal, constipation, food allergies, spinal misalignment or lack of sleep. If these headaches are migraines in my mind that opens up a whole new kettle of fish though as far as what to do about them goes. If I was in your shoes what I’d be doing about worsening migraines would be completely different than what I’d do for tension headaches.
Reasons behind headaches
Because caffeine takes so long to clear, your headaches are probably not being caused by a lack of caffeine. Yes, caffeine withdrawal causes painful headaches, but it may not be the culprit during Ramadan. It is necessary to determine if the pregnancy headaches are something more and you can determine that when you go to your doctor and find out what if anything else could be wrong. You want to do that as soon as possible, because if there is something wrong then you will want to get that fixed up as soon as possible. Many modern world blood pressure headaches are caused by high blood pressure. This condition is also known as hypertension.
